Aadam Jaalatoo Fardoo (21/July/1976) is an Oromo Human Rights Activist who believes success will never be achieved without hard work and perseverance. Fardoo born and raised in Ethiopia. Fardoo left Ethiopia since 2007 due to his political repression, land-grab, forced evictions, and the ongoing Human Rights abuses against the indigenous Oromo people of Ethiopia. Fardoo grew up under the Rejji kebele located in Negele Arsi. Fardoo fled to the Norway due to political repression in Ethiopia, and continued his education in Norway, earned Diploma-in Health Care and 2nd Diploma-in Dementia and age psychiatry. Fardoo is Administrating three (3) Non-profit Organizations (Oromo Community in Tingvoll og Møre og romsdal, Uta Wayu child care and community Development organization project and Oromia Digital Media). Fardoo is currently working in Tingvoll Norway as Health care worker since 2010. Fardoo is from the deep-rooted family of diverse religious background like Christian, Muslim, and the Oromo people's traditional religion Waqeffataa.
